Flea Markets, TV Stars, and Sunburns! Oh, My!

 Well, this post is a little late in coming as we are still recovering from our all day adventure at the Ventura Flea Market. We had a great time shopping for some "new" vintage items to bring home for the store. So much so, that we even forgot the sunscreen, oops! 

 It was packed with both vendors and shoppers...probably because Ty Pennington was doing a "Antiques Roadshow" type of new show which will be airing soon. 

 Sorry, no live pictures off him, only the set. It seemed that every time I got to the set he had just walked back into his tent. Bummer! 

But just look at the great finds around every corner! 

We were exhausted by the end of the day....

But look at all those goodies!

For our Sneak Peak Saturday I just had to show you these....

I am in LOVE! Opening this order was like Christmas morning. They are so beautiful, pictures really don't do them justice and each one has a unique and uplifting verse or image. Swoooon! Spring is Here!

Well, okay, maybe that is a bit of a stretch, technically it's Spring. If it weren't so blustery, cold, and rainy out today I might believe that. So here is what it looked like last year instead, on this day, in my front yard. 

I cant wait to lay in the hammock surrounded by these beauties again and smell that fresh cut lawn smell! Oh, it will be bliss! But for now I will settle in on my couch with a cup of hot tea and write my list of all the things I need pick up at the flea market this weekend. Any requests??

We are situated on the corner of Palm and Chorro and are located across the street from the Palm Theater. We have off street parking for our customers and there is a parking structure next door if you choose to stay all day and explore San Luis Obispo! Our store hours are:
